This place is conveniently located near bars and cafés for guests to enjoy.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel was big and facilities were clean, it had marvellous location just next door to everything, and very large clean rooms, shopping mall and a restaurant.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The room here is quite roomy, with a super comfy bed and the breakfast is delicious with a good mix of options like fruit and sausage, plus you can enjoy beautiful mountain views!

I only used my credit card at this hotel.. 3 days later, my card number is being fraudulently used! I called the hotel to let them know it can only be one of their employees since the card was not used anywhere else.. I have yet to receive a call back from manager Ian... Jose, supervisor was understanding . Be aware when using credit card at this hotel!!!

The hotel was nice, absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we needed. The leisure king room was cheap and modern with a refrigerator. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including cereals and fruit.

The rooms here are spacious, have comfortable beds, and come equipped with smoke detectors.

This place was very clean, had incredibly friendly staff, and the room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed.

I had a very good stay and would stay here again. Late check-out was useful.

Starbucks coffee place wasn't opened, we got There at 8:30pm so we thought it was only Open in the morning. We left at 9:00am and it was still closed which completely sucked we had a cheer competition to be at and we had to go searching for a Starbucks to get our coffee

Rooms were comfortable, beds were nice n plush. Room service people are polite when asking for bathroom necessities in hallways for us do not disturb people lol

bath/room are a little small for double bed occupancy, the greeting staff also has a very straightforward attiude, sort of unwelcoming, but they are very informative. They could use some spark to their conversations like a slight smile or nod, to leave the customer with an appreciated feeling,

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and great. Employees, from the manager on down, are welcoming. The room is spacious with an inside balcony. Breakfast is savoury and tasty for 14.99. Great location, near stores, restaurants, and the Ontario-San Bernardino area. Close to the airport and many other businesses.
